A lot of Gajak are available in Sahu Gajak Bhandar like cashew-almond chikki, peanut chikki, sesame patti, jaggery patti. Whose price ranges from Rs 200 to Rs 800 per kg. He told that Gajak is in highest demand during the winter season. As the winter increases, the demand for Gajak also increases among the people. Jaipur special is in great demand all over Rajasthan. Therefore, the work of making Gajak continues throughout the year.
